There is a pleasure in the pathless woods, there is a rapture on the lonely shore, there is society, where none intrudes, by the deep sea, and music in its roar: I love not man the less, but Nature more

Shout Out of the Day

Today's shout out of the day goes to my sister Sara. She has been taking very good care of herself: eating right and exercising like crazy which has helped her to lose over 26 pounds. Sara is a great example of what it means to set goals and stick with them - even if there are setbacks along the way.

Sara has also had a very trying week at work. The little man to the left is Jake. Sara is working very hard with Jake to teach him how to use the toilet. He's not very happy about it and seems to enjoy his diapers. Hopefully they will have a breakthrough soon and he will feel better about the idea of wearing underwear.

I'm very proud of you Sare, and good luck with Jake this week!!

Thank you Erin! Jake did come to my house today to play with Liberace and went "pee pee on my potty!" he was very excited about this. He went 4 times for me today and did not have any accidents, so this is great!
